Your Role

As a vital member of our consulting team, you will collaborate with some of the brightest minds on projects that reshape businesses, governments, and societies. You will engage in challenging assignments with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, enhancing your understanding of intricate business issues from various viewpoints while acquiring new skills and experiences that will benefit you throughout your career—both at BCG and beyond.

Consulting work is dynamic and demanding, often conducted at client sites. Project scope can vary in duration, size, and location, depending on the client's needs. Given our clients' global operations, international travel may be required.

If you are entering the field with a few years of experience (0 to 4 years), you can expect to work across a broad spectrum of clients and projects, from formulating integration strategies for pharmaceutical mergers to developing sustainable agricultural practices in emerging markets.

For those with more experience, or as you progress in your career, you will begin to specialize in one or more practice areas, potentially as part of our expert consulting track for individuals with extensive knowledge and skills in specific disciplines or industries. Throughout your journey, you will receive guidance from BCG mentors and participate in world-class learning programs tailored to your individual needs.

Additional Information

It is expected that you will reside within a reasonable commuting distance of your designated office. As a member of that office, you will be required to be present as directed. This role offers an accelerated path for personal and professional growth, which may occasionally necessitate extended working hours. Our work frequently involves travel to client locations, thus it is anticipated that you will obtain a valid driver's license and passport within six months of employment.

Compensation and Benefits

The initial base salary for this position is: Associate: $110,000 USD. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF). BCG offers a leading benefits package that includes:
