Role OverviewThis is a full-time role based in New York, NY, where you'll be working as a Medical Director for Ambulatory Care. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare and make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your clinical training and perform in-office procedures
- Supervise NP or PA colleagues
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
- State licensed in New York, obtained before starting with One Medical
The base salary range for this role is $252,000 - $268,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates exceeding these qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package includes annual performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
