Job Overview:
As a Welder at Rang Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for executing high-quality welding and fabrication tasks. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our standards of excellence and safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to established Standard Work protocols, ensuring the quality of all completed tasks.
  • Recognize and report any deviations or nonconformities to your Supervisor for immediate resolution.
  • Analyze workflow to identify inefficiencies and collaborate with your Supervisor to implement improvements.
  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and team collaboration.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles.
  • Engage in continuous skill development to enhance your effectiveness within the organization.
  • Follow all company procedures and uphold the Code of Conduct in every task.
  • Execute standard work with assistance on more complex assignments.
  • Operate the Value Stream workstation effectively.
  • Set up and utilize all necessary tools and equipment for standard work, with a strong proficiency in TIG welding.
  • Possess minimal welding qualifications (SST).
  • Identify challenges in executing standard work and seek assistance for resolution.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in TIG welding techniques.
  • Experienced in reading blueprints and fabricating components.
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools.
  • Basic mathematical knowledge for accurate measurements.
  • Familiar with MIG, FCAW, and Stick welding methods.
  • Able to work effectively in a construction site environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: 8-hour shift

Work Environment:
This position requires in-person engagement.
