Primary Duties:

  • Adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures with precision, ensuring every item you handle meets top-notch quality benchmarks.
  • Detect any deviations from standards and collaborate closely with your Supervisor to rectify issues promptly.
  • Identify areas of waste in the production process and work with your Supervisor to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork within the facility.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S methodologies to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Continuously enhance your skill set to contribute to the overall success of our organization.
  • Execute all tasks in accordance with company protocols and our Code of Conduct, consistently striving for excellence.
  • Set up and operate all necessary tools and equipment, including TIG welding stations, to perform your responsibilities effectively.
  • Carry out your duties with a strong attention to detail, seeking assistance when faced with complex tasks.
  • Be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the team's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills with Microsoft Windows.
  • Strong foundational math skills and the ability to utilize measurement tools such as rulers, calipers, and tape measures.
  • Comfortable using hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, and wrenches.
  • Capable of stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, color vision, and depth perception.

Compensation Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
