Job Overview:
As a Welder at Rang Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for executing high-quality welding and fabrication tasks. Your role will involve adhering to established standards and ensuring that all work meets the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to current Standard Work practices, ensuring accountability for the quality of your output.
  • Identify and report any deviations from standards or nonconforming conditions to your Supervisor.
  • Recognize sources of inefficiency in the workflow and collaborate with your Supervisor to implement improvements.
  • Propose and implement ideas to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following 5S principles.
  • Continuously develop your skills within the workflow to enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization.
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with company procedures and the Code of Conduct.
  • Execute standard work with guidance on complex tasks.
  • Set up and operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform standard work, with a focus on TIG welding.
  • Possess minimal weld qualifications (SST).
  • Identify issues in the execution of standard work and seek assistance when needed.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in TIG welding techniques.
  • Skilled in reading blueprints and fabrication processes.
  • Experienced with both hand and power tools.
  • Knowledgeable in basic mathematics for accurate measurements.
  • Familiar with MIG, FCAW, and Stick welding methods.
  • Able to work effectively in a construction site environment.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and precision in all welding tasks.

Job Types:

$25.00 per hour
