Job Summary:

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our retail store location and drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and personnel management
  • Develop and implement sales programs to increase revenue and market share
  • Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide information on requested and necessary automotive repairs and maintenance
  • Monitor and control operating costs to ensure maximum profitability

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 1 year of experience in retail store management or a combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
