Rollback Operator

Coyle Automotive is seeking a skilled Rollback Operator to join our team. As a Rollback Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles using a rollback tow truck. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a rollback tow truck to transport vehicles safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with office staff and other team members to coordinate assignments and appointments
• Provide detailed updates on progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Meet and exceed customer service expectations
• Work independently with minimal supervision, while also being able to answer to remote management

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a rollback/flatbed driver
• Ability to display professional work behaviors and defensive driving skills
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Excellent observation skills and ability to prioritize safety
