Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service - At Your Service Agent to join our team at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard, process guest requests, and connect calls to the appropriate extension.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests are resolved.
  • Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
  • Process room service orders, answer questions on menu selection, and record transactions in the point-of-sale system.
  • Assist guests with accessing internet and guestroom entertainment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and services.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
