Your expertise in employee health and safety, combined with your leadership skills, will enable you to effectively manage the Workers Compensation Program and ensure regulatory compliance. You will work collaboratively with Occupational Health, infection control, and human resources staff to develop policies and procedures for employee health programs. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in establishing and monitoring metrics for HR programs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to project management and process improvement initiatives. If you have a strong background in employee health and safety, with a minimum of 2 years of management experience, and possess knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, NJFLA, ADA, TDB, LTD, and USERRA, we encourage you to apply.
