About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Sharp HealthCare. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and achieve their maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the best course of treatment and develop a personalized plan to help them achieve their goals.
  • Administer physical therapy modalities, such as exercises, stretches, and manual therapy, to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in departmental activities, such as quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved and accredited professional Physical Therapy school or program.
  • 2 years of experience in all aspects of physical therapy.
  • California Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - CA Physical Therapy Board.
  • AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association.
