Job Title: Physical Therapist

Mission Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care.
  • Assess patients' muscle strength, mobility, gait, and range of motion to determine potential for rehabilitation.
  • Direct physical therapy treatment and determine priority needs for therapy.
  • Initiate physical therapy programs and instruct other personnel and/or family/caregivers in certain phases of physical therapy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Community/home health experience is preferred.
  • Travel - This is a traveling position.
