Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor RNSJob Summary:

Stamford Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead our nursing team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing nursing staff on assigned units and shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve resident/patient care
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Establish and implement employee policies and procedures
  • Mentor less experienced nurses and provide clinical and career guidance
  • Address resident and family concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in CT State
  • Long-term care and charge nurse experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills
