- Studio Operations: Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Culture Ambassador: Promote and embody the SPENGA culture, both in and out of the studio, to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in high-end goods or services, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
- Customer Service and Sales Skills: Excellent customer service and sales skills to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift equipment, and move around the studio as needed.
