Position Title: Swim Instructor
Reports To: Deck Supervisor
Overview: Teach students essential water safety practices and swimming techniques in accordance with the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in working with children
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Must be at least 15 years old
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver swim instruction following the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
  2. Uphold safety protocols and regulations
  3. Assess students' progress and maintain accurate records
  4. Engage with parents regarding their children's development
  5. Serve as an ambassador for Goldfish Swim School
Education/Experience: A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Prior experience in swim instruction is required.
Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
Work Environment: Regular exposure to warm and humid conditions. Moderate noise levels are expected.
