DescriptionTerros Health is seeking a compassionate and professional Behavioral Health Technician to join our Independent Living Program in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct care services and supervision to patients in their own homes. Your flexibility, self-starter attitude, and ability to work independently will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Responsibilities- Provide direct care services and supervision to patients in their own homes
- Develop healthy coping skills and strategies for change
- Conduct goal development and crisis intervention
- Assist with health and wellness activities, communication skills, and financial management
- Transport patients to appointments and provide skill-building in utilizing public transportation
- Identify community resources and support systems
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1.5 years of behavioral health experience
- Customer service skills and ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills and valid Arizona driver's license
- Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for one within 7 working days
- Must pass a TB Test
