Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Southwest Behavioral Health Services. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional assessment data.
- Administer and conduct assessments, evaluate and supervise the implementation of prescribed client treatment plans.
- Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented for the continual evaluation of treatment plans and achievement of individual goals and objectives.
- Teach and supervise SACE ABA direct service providers on implementation of treatment plans and interventions, data collection systems, and monitoring and reporting systems.
- Facilitate regular outreach to caregivers and provide training and consultation to community supports and/or other direct service providers involved in the client's care.
- Develop written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers, and agency personnel in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to referrals for service in a timely manner to SB&H clinical standards.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Speech Language, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
- Board Certification (BCBA) required.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst or pursuing licensure.
- Experience working with children and young adults with autism.
- Must be eligible and/or have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
