Job Summary

The Behavioral Health Support Specialist will be responsible for implementing individual service plans, providing accurate documentation of progress, and assisting with the development and implementation of treatment plans. You will also be involved in crisis intervention services, community integration, and assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individual service plans and provide accurate documentation of progress.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and assist consumers in community integration.
  • Complete assessments, including the Functional Assessment Measure (FAM).
  • Document services provided according to approved clinical standards, rules, regulations, and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum requirement: 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
