Position Overview:
As a Senior Care Nursing Aide (GNA), you will collaborate with a Licensed/Registered Nurse to provide effective and compassionate nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to the personal needs and comfort of patients.
*Assist in transporting patients to rehabilitation therapy and accompany them to external appointments.
*Engage in the care planning process and execute care according to the established care plan.
