About This Job

The Customer Relations Analyst is responsible for providing professional responses and resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
