  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with kitchen staff, management, and guests.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
