Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining filing systems, creating office correspondence, distributing and routing mail, ordering and tracking office supplies, and answering phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain filing systems
  • Create and type office correspondence
  • Distribute and route mail
  • Order and track office supplies
  • Answer phone calls and record messages
  • Create new employee personnel files
  • Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures
  • Maintain space designated for completing applications
  • Respond to questions and concerns from employees and management
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
