¿CUÁL ES EL TRABAJO?

El Personal de Apoyo Comportamental colabora uno a uno con adultos que enfrentan Discapacidades Intelectuales y/o del Desarrollo que requieren asistencia especializada con desafíos de comportamiento o médicos. Nuestros clientes residen en sus hogares, sin casas de grupo ni instalaciones seguras.

El rol implica ofrecer orientación y asistencia práctica para todas las necesidades del cliente, con el objetivo de permitirles participar activamente en sus rutinas diarias. El enfoque está en asegurar que los clientes participen en actividades como comer, limpiar, bañarse y usar el baño, con el personal de apoyo facilitando en lugar de asumir el control.

HORARIO

El Personal de Apoyo Comportamental trabaja con horarios fijos, simplificando la planificación de la vida en torno a los compromisos laborales. Dada la atención continua que necesitan nuestros clientes, hay varios horarios a tiempo completo disponibles.

La tarifa de pago para el Personal de Apoyo Comportamental varía entre $23 y $25 por hora, dependiendo de la experiencia relevante con apoyos conductuales. Esto se evalúa durante el proceso de solicitud y entrevistas por nuestro equipo de recursos humanos.

REQUISITOS DEL TRABAJO

El rol requiere un mínimo de seis meses de experiencia comprobada asistiendo a individuos con desafíos de comportamiento recurrentes. La experiencia que exceda los seis meses influye en el salario ofrecido.

Como es necesario conducir, los solicitantes deben poseer una licencia de conducir válida de California, un seguro de auto actual y un vehículo confiable.
