You will work closely with our Program Managers to ensure high-quality clinical services are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to Program Managers and clinicians to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop function-based treatments.
  • Provide training and coaching to clinicians on ABA best practices.
  • Collaborate with school personnel to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Social Work).
  • BCBA certification.
  • Strong ABA and clinical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
