Intercare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Behavioral Health team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance, leadership, and oversight to our team of clinicians. You will work closely with our Program Managers to ensure high-quality clinical services are delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to Program Managers and clinicians to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of our clients.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop function-based treatments.
- Provide training and coaching to clinicians on ABA best practices.
- Collaborate with school personnel to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Social Work).
- BCBA certification.
- Strong ABA and clinical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
