Job Overview

Simbol Auto Glass is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to administrative tasks, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule appointments for auto glass repair and replacement services, ensuring seamless coordination with customers and technicians.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, service appointments, and billing details.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Assist with billing and invoicing processes, including generating invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders for supplies, and organizing inventory storage areas.
  • Office Management: Perform general office management tasks, including answering phones, sorting mail, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative support or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications.
