Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Mammoth Mountain. As a key member of our Guest Experience Systems, you'll be responsible for supervising Locker Attendants, maintaining locker databases, and ensuring maximum availability for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Locker Attendants at Canyon and Main Lodges
  • Maintain and repair day and season lockers to meet guest needs
  • Collect and organize lost and found items, distributing them to local non-profits
  • Work as a Locker Attendant as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Proven supervisory skills to manage others effectively
  • Excellent guest relations skills to deliver exceptional service
  • Strong computer skills in database management to maintain accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Basic mechanical skills for locker maintenance and repair
