As a key member of our team, you will oversee the locker operations at Canyon or Main Lodges, ensuring seamless guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising Locker Attendants to maintain exceptional service standards
  • Managing locker databases for efficient tracking and maintenance
  • Repairing and maintaining day and season lockers to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Collecting and organizing lost and found items, distributing them to local non-profits after storage
  • Working as a Locker Attendant to provide hands-on support
  • Performing other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong supervisory skills to lead and support our Guest Experience Systems
  • Excellent guest relations skills to deliver exceptional service
  • Proficiency in database management to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Basic mechanical skills for locker maintenance and repair
