Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of kidney care services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in nephrology care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in nephrology care, preferably in a hospital or dialysis setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
