Position Overview:
Hillcrest Health Services is actively seeking a Culinary Specialist for our state-of-the-art facility, Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna.

Compensation:
Starting at $15.50+ per hour based on experience.

Qualifications for Culinary Specialist:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in hotel or restaurant line cooking preferred

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing meals that meet the required quantity, quality, and consistency while ensuring they are flavorful and visually appealing
  • Completing all necessary preparation work for the upcoming shift or day as outlined in the prep sheet/production schedule
  • Presenting all food according to established standards for presentation, portioning, and plating
  • Organizing the hot/cold line for meal service
