Compensation:
Starting at $15.50+ per hour based on experience.

Qualifications for Culinary Specialist:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in hotel or restaurant line cooking preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing meals that meet the required quantity, quality, and consistency while ensuring they are flavorful and visually appealing
- Completing all necessary preparation work for the upcoming shift or day as outlined in the prep sheet/production schedule
- Presenting all food according to established standards for presentation, portioning, and plating
- Organizing the hot/cold line for meal service
