As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings is preferred.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
