Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of kidney care services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Job Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care in a hospital setting, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus.
