About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and manufacturing aptitude, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities and driving continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high safety standards and Quality Control processes.
  • Analyze and resolve problems with minimal guidance.
  • Implement new processes and improvements.
  • Liaise between design engineering and production teams.

This is a hands-on engineering position that offers opportunities for growth and development. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing lean principles, such as takt times, visual management, kaizen, and kanban, to drive efficiency and productivity.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial/Manufacturing preferred).
  • Three to ten years of manufacturing experience required.
