About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at a leading plastic manufacturing facility in Asheville, NC. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of product inspections and testing results.
  • Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 hours of standing per day.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
