Job Responsibilities

As a Product Assembly Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new product assemblies, optimizing existing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing new product assemblies to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Optimizing existing product assembly processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and innovations.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, instruction guides, and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product design, development, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing innovative products and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, with additional compensation based on performance and qualifications.
