Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the face of Pressed Roots, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing shop operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Pressed Roots standards are upheld
  • Set a positive shop atmosphere by approaching each day with a 'hosting a party' mindset
  • Organize and execute shop flow between clients and staff in a positive manner
  • Serve as subject matter expert in the reservation system
  • Ensure client information is entered accurately and timely
  • Rebook appointments during check-out while addressing clients by name
  • Troubleshoot reservation system issues and optimize appointments to fit business needs
  • Engage clients and serve complimentary beverages
  • Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and stylist tips/commissions
  • Problem-solve client concerns and operational issues, ensuring excellent client experiences
  • Maintain overall shop cleanliness and communicate with Studio Management about shop operations
  • Educate clients on Pressed Roots products and tools
Requirements
  • 3+ years of customer service experience (previous Front Desk or salon experience a plus)
  • Ability to work full-time hours (30+ weekly) including evening shifts
