Beauty Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at She's Happy Hair. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional shopping experiences to our customers, achieving sales goals, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing them with personalized advice on hair extensions, products, and care.
- Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of She's Happy Hair's product offerings, including Brazilian, Peruvian, and Malaysian hair, as well as the differences between raw and processed hair.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on proper hair care techniques to ensure product longevity.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure the store operates smoothly and customers receive top-notch service.
- Store Maintenance: Assist with keeping the store well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, especially in the beauty or hair industry, is preferred.
- Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of different types of hair extensions and hair care is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and a strong aptitude for upselling.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service and building customer relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting fellow team members and contributing to the overall success of the store.
