Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the outlet, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Conduct regular staff performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the outlet and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
