- Conduct regular staff performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the outlet and increase customer engagement.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
