Job Summary

As a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator at TIC - The Industrial Company, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to excavate, move, and grade material. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and graders to perform excavation, grading, and material handling tasks.

• Load and haul materials such as gravel, dirt, and sand to construction sites.

• Smooth and grade roads and other surfaces to ensure even terrain.

• Trench and construct ditches for installation of culverts, water pipes, and sewer pipes.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in heavy equipment operation preferred.

• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and working in challenging weather conditions.
