Job Summary

Synergy Equipment is seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal working condition of our equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime
  • Utilize company-provided systems and tools to document and manage work orders and sourcing parts/supplies
  • Collaborate with coworkers to ensure top-quality equipment and exceed customer expectations
  • Deliver outstanding service and support during field visits or dispatches

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment
  • Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including work order management and parts lookup
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in both shop and field environments
  • Adaptability for schedule adjustments and flexible hours based on operational needs
