- Record Keeping: Oversee your team as they maintain meticulous records and conduct thorough analyses of all training initiatives.

- Education: Bachelors Degree is required.
- Experience: 4+ plus years related experience in the construction industry, preferably in residential framing and design and experience in creating instructional content is required.
