Key Qualifications for the Finance Director:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally at the Assistant Director of Finance level or above.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and operational oversight.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
  • Experience in developing profit and loss statements, budgeting, and high-level forecasting.
  • A solid background in the hotel industry is essential.
