Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is a crucial part of our hiring process, ensuring that all aspects of recruiting new staff are running smoothly. This includes creating job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will act as an intermediary between hiring managers and candidates to ensure the process runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertise job openings on our career page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants.
- Prepare job offer letters and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple and changing tasks.
