Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide critical support in the generation, publication, and maintenance of work orders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining binders for Management and digital work order files, as well as generating and publishing modification work orders.

This is a full-time position based in San Diego, CA, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities
  1. Generate and publish basic work orders, including CNO and CMAV, and stand-alone work items under Government Delivery Orders.
  2. Maintain production progress reports for all availabilities and send, receive, and review Production Reports.
  3. Establish and maintain binders for Management and digital work order files containing essential contract information.
  4. Publish modification work orders funded for growth and new work to existing basic work orders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; B.A., Technical/Vocational trade school, or apprenticeship preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a project management or construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
