Job Summary

Astor Services for Children & Families is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to work with a diverse group of adolescent youth involved in the Dutchess County's Department of Probation Juvenile Justice/Juvenile Risk Intervention Service Coordination program (JRISC). The mission of JRISC is to reduce/eliminate the need for residential placement while supporting youth to remain in their communities and with their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based family therapy (Functional Family Therapy-FFT) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that provides additional strength-based comprehensive case management services.
  • Work with a small case load to provide more intensive family- and community-focused interventions.
  • Participate in extensive training in Functional Family Therapy leading to FFT certification.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive case management services.

Requirements

  • MHC, LMHC, MSW, LMSW, LCSW, MFT, and LMFT.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary and Benefits

$30.22-$33.26/hr
