- Collaborate with colleagues to educate and train new and existing staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and informatics to optimize healthcare outcomes.
- Contribute to the division and hospital strategic plans, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
- Master of Science degree or equivalent provision.
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Ohio.
- Maintains national certification as APRN in the appropriate population foci for the position, or PA.
