Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, retirement, flexible spending account, vacation and sick leave, legal resources, and a tuition savings plan.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our Service Access program as a Clinician III LE or Clinician IV Licensed. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments, guiding individuals through the intake process, and developing individual service plans. Key responsibilities include:
- Completing diagnostic assessments to determine medical necessity and eligibility for services
- Guiding individuals through the staged intake process
- Developing and implementing individual service plans
- Reviewing and signing clinical and eligibility assessments
- Developing individual crisis plans
- Complying with Human Rights Regulations and Reporting procedures
- Serving on external and internal committees
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
- A minimum of two years' work experience in the Human Services field, preferably in a mental health setting
- Clinical licensure as an LCSW or LPC
- A valid current driver's license and an acceptable DMV record
