We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Synectic Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in operational logistics support and maintenance engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Support: Provide support to senior logistics managers and correspondingly to the program office APML/deputies and LEMs across the full spectrum of IPS elements.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analysis of operational IPS requirements, including individual material readiness list, SE, propulsion and power, tech data, etc.
- Logistics Planning: Perform various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems.
- Program Management: Work on logistics and maintainability programs and with logistics and maintenance control organizations on issues such as technical evaluation and identification of weapons systems logistics requirements and resources, development of logistics support and maintainability programs or plan, systems acquisition requirements analysis, budgetary or financial analysis and control, weapons systems HW and SW standardization and compatibility, IPS/R&M program T&E planning and execution, and IPS/R&M program management analysis.
- Data Analysis: Collect, compile, analyze, investigate, research, or apply logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.
- Documentation: Develop, modify, prepare, or validate documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in acquisition, logistics management, business, engineering, or management.
- Experience: At least three years' experience in operational logistics support or maintenance engineering, technical analysis of operational IPS requirements, and operational logistics planning.
