- Coordinate medical appointments and family outings with Care and Nursing Staff, demonstrating a deep understanding of our community's needs.
- Support the smooth operation of the Marketing Department and Office Manager, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- In-depth familiarity with the community layout and employees' responsibilities, ensuring seamless communication and navigation.
- Compassionate and positive attitude, with a strong ability to remain calm and think quickly under stressful situations.
- Preferred previous experience working as a Receptionist/Concierge and/or supervisory role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships, demonstrating a genuine interest in their well-being.
- Display a desire to exceed expectations with every interaction, consistently striving for excellence in all aspects of your work.
- Must be willing to take a 2-step TB test, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our community.
