Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct visitors, families, residents, and employees to the right person or place, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Answer all phone calls in a professional manner and handle the front desk and all assigned duties with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate medical appointments and family outings with Care and Nursing Staff, demonstrating a deep understanding of our community's needs.
  • Support the smooth operation of the Marketing Department and Office Manager, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • In-depth familiarity with the community layout and employees' responsibilities, ensuring seamless communication and navigation.
Requirements
  • Compassionate and positive attitude, with a strong ability to remain calm and think quickly under stressful situations.
  • Preferred previous experience working as a Receptionist/Concierge and/or supervisory role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships, demonstrating a genuine interest in their well-being.
  • Display a desire to exceed expectations with every interaction, consistently striving for excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • Must be willing to take a 2-step TB test, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our community.
