Position Overview:
The Baking Equipment Operator plays a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that dough is properly formed, baked, and cooled to produce a safe and high-quality finished product that aligns with both customer and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the daily production plan and process orders in the designated order.
  • Guarantee that products are baked according to the correct recipes and settings.
  • Conduct necessary HACCP monitoring checks to confirm that Critical Control Points (CCPs) are functioning effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of all utensils, equipment, and work areas.
  • Accurately document batches produced, equipment utilized, deviations, and other processing parameters.
  • Oversee automated equipment to ensure proper operation.

Compliance:
  • Adhere to all company policies.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Implement Food Safety Management System Policies and Procedures.
  • Observe sanitation protocols.
  • Follow safety procedures.
  • Assist in other production areas as required.
  • Effectively communicate pertinent information to other production shifts and team members.
  • Promptly report any food safety and quality issues to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing or food handling industry.
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with industrial machinery or technical equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and computer interfaces.
  • Understanding of food safety protocols.
