Role Overview:
The Packaging Operator is tasked with the efficient packaging of our finished goods into various container types, ensuring they are safe for consumption and comply with all customer and internal specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete training on designated processes and procedures under the guidance of your trainer.
  • Attend all pre-shift production meetings punctually.
  • Engage in and adhere to all food safety and workplace safety programs.
  • Finish all assigned Alchemy courses required throughout the year.
  • Ensure products are packaged correctly in appropriate materials.
  • Verify that all packaging information is accurate.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of all utensils, equipment, and workspaces.
  • Monitor automated machinery to confirm proper functionality and report any issues to your supervisor.
  • Effectively communicate pertinent information to other production shifts and team members.
  • Promptly report any food safety or quality concerns to management.
  • Prepare and clean the area for the subsequent shift.

Compliance:
  • Adhere to all company policies.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Comply with food safety management system policies and procedures to uphold brand integrity through exceptional food safety and product quality.
  • Observe safety policies and procedures.
