Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive hourly pay rate plus commission and/or bonuses, with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Job ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Specialist role involves marketing, prospecting, and selling American Family Insurance products in all product lines. Key responsibilities include developing knowledge of local market dynamics, helping the agency grow through consultative selling techniques, proactively cross-selling and coordinating with agency team members, securing new business through individual effort and established lead methods, and preparing quotations and applications to deliver effective presentations to close sales.
RequirementsWe seek candidates with an active Property and Casualty Insurance License, with a preferred Life License, who can work independently, plan, set priorities, and organize work effectively. A strong background in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, demonstrated analytical skills, and experience with PC software applications and digital devices are essential. Experience with social media platforms is also highly valued.
